We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review this policy before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification — including sale items. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or order confirmation email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 business days; including your bank or card provider's processing time, it may take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement.

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, change of mind or wrong size ordered), you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which depends on the carrier you choose. If the return is due to our error — such as a damaged or incorrect item — you will not be charged for return shipping.
