Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. MADEN ships to most countries and regions worldwide. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

• FREE shipping on orders over $49
• Orders under $49: $9.99

We occasionally offer sitewide free shipping during sales events and holidays.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. This does not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Processing: within 1 business day (2–3 business days during peak seasons or holidays)
• Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery time may be affected by customs inspections, weather, or regional logistics.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.

If Your Package Doesn't Arrive

If your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipping, please reach us through the live chat in the bottom-right corner of any page, or email contact@maden365.com if you can't get a response there. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

MADEN is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal to accept the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

If tracking shows the package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us — we will help you open an investigation with the carrier to locate it.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Holiday Season & High-Demand Delays

During major holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days beyond the estimates above. During the Lunar New Year period our facilities observe an extended holiday, so processing and delivery may take longer; any major impact will be noted at checkout or on our homepage.
