Refund policy

We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review the policy below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• With all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Please include your order number or order confirmation email. To start a return, contact contact@maden365.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

These exclusions do not affect the statutory cancellation rights of EU customers (see Section 5). If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before starting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want:

1. Submit a return request for the item you have.
2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification — including sale items. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or order confirmation email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 business days; including your bank or card provider's processing time, it may take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact contact@maden365.com.

Return Shipping Fee

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, change of mind or wrong size ordered), you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which depends on the carrier you choose.
